In our latest blog segment we talk about one of our most frequently asked question: Does GoTriangle have a lost and found?
Recently, we got this compliment submitted to us by email. It reminded us that we should probably refresh our customers on our Lost and Found policy.
I ride the 800 bus to Chapel Hill a couple of days a week. I’m so thankful for the ride and really enjoy the convenience of it all. On Tuesday, I left my wallet on the bus, but didn’t realize it until hours later. I was worried, but hopeful. I was so thankful to learn that the bus driver turned in my wallet, with nothing missing. Thank you for all your hard work and for going the extra mile for me! – Andrea
Andrea got her wallet back safe and sound thanks to her awesome and attentive driver, but also because she followed our policy. If you believe you have left an item on the bus, please contact us by calling (919) 314-8715. Leave a message with your name, address, phone number and a description of your missing item. We will contact you if we have an item matching your description. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
